The future

Samsung SyncMaster C27A750 is the Most Ambitious Wireless Monitor So Far

When it comes to “minimalist” desktop setups, the fewer wires you have cluttering up your “Zen” and messing with your “chi” the better! In the past, there was one cable that really was not an option and rather a necessity: the cable! Well if Samsung with their upcoming SyncMaster C27A750 has their way, you will be able to even remove that cable for darn near a total wireless setup!
The SyncMaster C27A750 is a 27″ 1920×1080, TN based LED backlit display which, while it will not impress professionals with its meager resolution will impress most other people, as this bad boy is wireless. Simply plug in the Ultrawideband USB dongle and it will connect to the SyncMaster C27A750 via Certified Wireless USB protocol. If all that is not enough to make your minimalist heart sing like you had one too many mocha latte expresses, the fact that it comes with a built in four port USB hub may just! This is not just any four port hub either as while two of the ports are USB 2.0, the other two are USB 3.0! We are not sure how Samsung has managed to get that much bandwidth over its wireless connection, as it relies on a single USB connection but we are willing to give Samsung the benefit of the doubt on this. The included hub can also charge your devices while attached so it is not a passive hub!

As the cherry on top of this amazing cake the SyncMaster C27A750 also comes with a 3.5mm jack inferring that you can also wireless stream music to it! The only thing that is less than impressive (besides the potential less than optimal speed of the USB ports, TN panel and resolution) is the Samsung SyncMaster C27A750 comes with a MSRP of about $840. We guess if you want clean and sexy setup you have to willing to pay for it.
